Ertragreiche Spezialität mit langer Tradition

Ein geschmackvolles, zartes Blattgemüse aus Großmutters Zeiten, als Salat oder zum Andünsten in Butter, auch gut zu verwenden in Asiagerichten. Schnellwüchsig. Jung ernten. Bei Einzelstellung können auch Pflanzen in der Größe einer Endivie beerntet werden. Für die kontinuierliche Ernte am besten in kleinen Folgesätzen aussäen. In der rheinischen Küche werden auch die zarten Stiele verwendet

  • Brassica rapa
  • Die Ernte erfolgt etwa 3-4 Wochen nach der Aussaat, abhängig von Saatabstand und Kultur ist eine Mehrfachernte möglich
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 400 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 2 Gramm

Frühe Aussaaten in Februar bis März direkt ins Frühbeet, Direktsaat ins Freiland von Ende März bis Anfang September dünn in Reihen, Reihenabstand 10-15 cm

Die Kultur im Haus während der lichtarmen Zeit sollte nur an sehr hellen Orten erfolgen.
