Ausdauerndes Wildgemüse für schattige Lagen

Bekannte, ausdauernde Zwiebelpflanze für schattige oder halbschattige Lagen und humusreichen, feuchten Boden. Beliebt sind die Blätter wegen des Aromas und der heilenden Kräfte. Duft und Geschmack erinnern an Knoblauch. Die Anzucht aus Samen ist nicht einfach, ist die Pflanze einmal etabliert, wächst sie dauerhaft.

  • Allium ursinum
  • Die Ernte der Blätter erfolgt im Frühjahr, von März bis Mai
  • Direktsaat Oktober bis Februar, dünn verteilt, Kaltkeimer !, Entweder direkt an Ort und Stelle oder die Saatkiste für mehrere Wochen Kälte aussetzen und dann bei 15-20 ° C aufstellen. Keimdauer 21 - 60 Tage. 
  • 1 Portion reicht für ca.: 50 Pflanzen

Die Aufzucht aus Samen erfordert etwas Geduld, auch erfolgreich ist die Lagerung des Samens im Kühlschrank für mehrere Wochen mit anschließender Aussaat
