Lange, violette, schmackhafte Aubergine

Violet Knight F1 ist eine neue länglich geformte Eierfrucht aus amerikanischer Züchtung. Die etwa 17 cm langen Früchte glänzen in einem satten Lila-Violett. Die Früchte sind sehr schmackhaft. Die Pflanzen sind wüchsig und gesund und werden bis zu 1,5 m hoch. Die Kultur ist auch in ausreichend großen Containern möglich, doch ist hier auf die Nährstoff- und Wasserzufuhr zu achten. Schönes Gegenstück zur Sorte White Knight F1

 Die Kultur ist auch in ausreichend großen Containern möglich, doch ist hier auf Nährstoff- und Wasserzufuhr zu achten. Auberginen gedeihen am besten im Gewächshaus, wachsen aber auch im Freiland an geschützten Plätzen in sonniger Lage

  • Solanum melongana
  • Purple Knight F1 kann ab Mitte Juli bis Ende September geerntet werden
  • Der benötigte Pflanzabstand beträgt etwa 40 x 60 cm
  • 1 Portion reicht für ca. 10-12 Pflanzen

Aussaat bei 20-22 ° C von Ende Februar bis Mitte April, anschliessend Kultur in Töpfen bis zur Pflanzung ab Anfang Mai
