Ihren Namen verdankt diese Sorte den Blättern, die nur etwa halb so groß werden und somit die Ernte sehr erleichtern. Little Leaf ist eine amerikanische Züchtung mit überzeugender Performance. Die Robustheit und Gesundheit basiert auf einer Vielzahl von Resistenzen, u.a. Echter Mehltau, Gurkenmosaikvirus, Bakteriose, Blattfleckenkrankheiten und einigen mehr. Die gebildeten Früchte sind excellente Einlegegurken

  • Cucumis sativus
  • Der Pflanzabstand beträgt etwa 150 x 30 cm
  • 1 Portion reicht für etwa 45 Pflanzen
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab etwa Juli bis Oktober fortlaufend

Die Aussaat erfolgt bei 22-25 ° C ab März bis Mai im Haus, anschliessend Vorkultur und Pflanzung, Direktsaat mit 2-3 Korn möglich ab Anfang Mai

Einlegegurken danken eine gute und ausgewogene Nährstoffversorgung sowie regelmäßige Wassergaben in Trockenzeiten mit einer fortlaufenden und reichen Ernte
