Neuartiges Gemüse, Kreuzung aus Rosen- und Grünkohl

Ein vollkommen neues Gemüse, entstanden durch jahrelange Züchtungsarbeit. Im Wuchs wie Rosenkohl, wachsen aber anstatt der üblichen Röschen kleine Minikohle, die an Wirsingköpfe erinnern. Diese Minikohle schmecken einzigartig mild-nußig und werden wie Rosenkohl zubereitet. Bislang als Flower Sprout Early im Handel

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Oktober bis Ende Dezember
  • Eine Portion enthält 25 Korn

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab Anfang März bis Mai mit Vorkultur, anschliessend Pflanzung im Abstand 50 x 50 cm

Flower Sprout zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
