Dekorativer, roter Grünkohl, frostfest

Ein dekoratives Gemüse, erst hübsch, dann lecker. Typisch gekrauste Blätter, im Sommer dunkelgrün und rot durchzogen. Im Herbst verfärbt sich diese Sorte dann bei kühleren Temperaturen in ein leuchtendes Rot. Scarlet ist widerstandsfähig und versorgt Sie die ganze Erntesaison hindurch mit frischem Wintergemüse.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Oktober bis Januar
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 80 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 3 Gramm

Die Aussaat erfolgt von April bis Juni im Saatbeet oder in der Saatkkiste mit pikieren, Pflanzung ins Freiland in Juni bis Juli im Abstand 45 x 40 cm

Grünkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
