Ein besonders zarter Wirsing, der sich locker aufbaut und somit die Ernte einzelner Blätter erlaubt. Fast aus den Gärten verschwunden, heute ein echtes Trendgemüse. Die Ernte kann bedarfsgerecht und über einen langen Zeitraum erfolgen. Blätter von außen nach innen ernten, zum Schluß den Restkopf. Winterhart in milden Lagen oder mit Schutzauflage. Wie alle Kohlgewächse liebt Butterkohl nährstoffreiche, gut durchlässige Böden ohne Staunässe.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Juni bis Ende November, abhängig von der Aussaat
  • Eine Portion enthält 80 Korn
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 2,8 Gramm

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab März bis Anfang Juni mit Vorkultur, anschliessend Pflanzung im Abstand 50-60 x 50 cm

Butterkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
