Rasch wüchsige Sorte mit mittelgroßen Köpfen. Für sofortigen Verzehr, Verarbeitung und Kurzzeitlagerung geeignet. Zusätzlich zur Hauptrosette bildet diese Sorte auch kleinere Rosetten von seitlichen Trieben aus. Wegen längerem Erntefenster ideal geeignet für den Hausgarten. Sehr schossfest, geeignet für Sommer- und Herbstanbau. Reifezeit von Pflanzung bis zur Ernte ca. 65 - 75 Tage, je nach Anbaumethode. Wie alle Kohlgewächse liebt Broccoli nährstoffreiche, gut durchlässige Böden ohne Staunässe.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Juni bis Ende November, abhängig von der Aussaat
  • Eine Portion reicht für etwa 60 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 3,5 Gramm

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab März bis Ende Juni mit Vorkultur, anschliessend Pflanzung im Abstand 60 x 50 cm

Brokkoli zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
