Grün gefärbte, schmackhafte Köpfe

Blumenkohl mit attraktiven, grellgrünen, dicht gefüllten Köpfen mit einem Gewicht um 1 kg. Die attraktive grüne Farbe bleibt auch beim Kochen bestehen. Eine Spezialität mit mittelfrüher Reife, von der Aussaat bis zur Ernte kann man etwa 100 Tage rechnen. Folgesätze sind möglich und üblich für eine längere Ernte.  Wie alle Kohlgewächse liebt Blumenkohl nährstoffreiche, gut durchlässige Böden ohne Staunässe.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 150 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 3,5 Gramm
  • Die Ernte erfolgt bei guter Kultur etwa 100 Tage nach Aussaat

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab Anfang März bis Ende Juni mit Vorkultur, etwa 4 Wochen nach Aussaat Pflanzung im Freiland im Abstand 60 x 50 cm, Direktsaat ist gut möglich.

Blumenkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
