Gourmet-Spitzkohl für Salate und Gemüsebeilagen

Schneller, spitzer Weißkohl, der flexibel genutzt werden kann. Bereits nach wenigen Wochen jung erntereif für Rohkost oder als Gemüsebeilage und Pfannengerichte, können die Köpfe aber auch voll ausgewachsen mit etwa 2 Kg Gewicht gut eingelagert werden. Anbausicher durch Resistenz gegen den Schimmelpilz Fusarium.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab ab Juni bis November,  ab ca. 75 Tage nach Pflanzung
  • Portion enthält : 40 Korn

Aussaat ab Februar bis Ende Juni mit Vorkultur bei ca. 15-20 °C, danach Pflanzung im Freiland, kann auch satzweise angebaut werden

Weißkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
