Purpurrote Rettichspezialität

Halblanger, etwa 15-20 cm langer, intensiv gefärbter Rettich. Fast in Vergessenheit geraten, erfreuen sich die farbigen Rettichsorten wieder zunehmender Beliebtheit. Karmina ist ein guter Vertreter mit zartem, weißen Fleisch und einer Entwicklungszeit von nur 75 Tagen von Saat bis Ernte. Da Karmina auch im Sommer bei ausreichender Bewässerung gedeiht, ideal für Folgesaaten geeignet.

  • Raphanus sativus
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab April bis Anfang Oktober
  • Eine Portion enthält 10 Gramm für etwa 1000 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 10-14 Gramm

 

Aussaat : Februar/März unter Glas oder März bis Juli im Freiland, Abstand zwischen den Reihen 25 cm, in der Reihe 20 cm oder vereinzeln
