Frühe Rote Bete - Rote Rübe

Wüchsige und frühe Sorte mit sehr gutem, süßem Geschmack. Dunkelrot durchgefärbt ohne Ringe. Rote Bete kann in Sätzen angebaut werden und braucht einen gut versorgten Gartenboden, der nicht frisch gedüngt sein sollte und eine gleichmäßige Feuchtigkeit. Rote Bete muß direkt gesät werden, verpflanzen verträgt sie nicht.

  • Beta vulgaris
  • Die Ernte erfolgt als Bete etwa 60 bis 70 Tage nach der Saat
  • 1 Portion reicht für etwa 150 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 9 Gramm

Die Aussaat erfolgt von April bis Juli ins Freiland, dünn in Reihen säen, für Rüben im Abstand 25-40 cm und in der Reihe etwa 10 cm oder vereinzeln, als Pflücksalat 15-20 cm und in der Reihe fortlaufend im Abstand 10 cm, nach der Keimung auf einen Sämling vereinzeln
