Gelbe, uniforme Sorte mit süßem Geschmack

Wer sagt, dass Bete immer rot sein muss ? Golden Eye ist eine interessante Abwechslung im Garten und auf dem Teller und wird genauso kultiviert und zubereitet wie die roten Sorten. Die gelben Rüben sind milder und süßer im Geschmack als die roten, sie färben bei der Zubereitung auch nicht so stark aus. Eine gute Alternative für Menschen, die rote Rüben nicht so mögen.

  • Beta vulgaris
  • Die Ernte erfolgt als Bete etwa 60 bis 70 Tage nach der Saat
  • 1 Portion reicht für ca. 120 Pflanzen

Die Aussaat erfolgt von April bis Juli ins Freiland, dünn in Reihen säen, für Rüben im Abstand 25-40 cm und in der Reihe etwa 10 cm oder vereinzeln, als Pflücksalat 15-20 cm und in der Reihe fortlaufend im Abstand 10 cm, nach der Keimung auf einen Sämling vereinzeln
