Mehltautoleranter, berühmter Feldsalat

Gala ist ein vielseitiger, gegen falschen Mehltau toleranter Feldsalat. Der Anbau ist praktisch ganzjährig möglich, sehr anbausicher für Gewächshaus, Frühbeet und Freiland. Durch den aufrechten Wuchs sind die großblättrigen und aromatischen Pflanzen leicht zu ernten.

  • Valerianella locusta
  • Die Ernte kann fast ganzjährig erfolgen, je nach Termin 8-13 Wochen nach der Aussaat
  • 1 Portion reicht für etwa 1.000 Pflanzen = für etwa 10 laufende Meter

Direktsaat ins Freiland von Juli bis September in Reihen mit 10-15 cm. In der Reihe ca. 2 cm Abstand

Feldsalat liebt unkrautfreie, mittlere bis schwerere, altgedüngte Böden. Leichte Düngergaben sind zu empfehlen.
