Raschwüchsige milde Gourmetmischung

Eine Mischung aus verschiedenen Blattsenfen und Kohlarten, z.B. Mizuna und Kohlrabi. Eine Attraktion als Gourmetsalat, in gemischten Salaten oder als Topping auf Broten und Fingerfood.

  • Brassica species
  • Geerntet wird etwa 2-3 Wochen nach der Aussaat, geschnitten werden die ganzen jungen Pflanzen direkt über der Erde
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 800 Pflanzen

Die Aussaat erfolgt in flachen Aussaatschalen oder in große Töpfe. Die Samen locker verteilen und dünn mit Erde bedecken, angießen. Zur Keimung bei etwa 20 ° C aufstellen. Vorsichtig giessen oder sprühen, damit keine Erde auf die kleinen Pflanzen spritzt. Aus diesem Grund auch vor Regen geschützt stellen.

Es handelt sich nicht um Keimsprossen, es ist kein Pflücksalat. Diese Salatvariante liegt irgendwo dazwischen. Eine attraktive, raschwüchsige Mischung bringt Ihnen Abwechslung auf den Tisch. Die Kultur ist praktisch ganzjährig möglich, in der kalten Jahreszeit auch auf der hellen Fensterbank. Mildschmeckende Mischung.
