Purpurroter, fein geschlitzter Blattsenf

Ein raschwachsender Blattsenf mit purpur-grünen, stark geschlitzten Blättern und leicht pfeffrigem Geschmack. Bei lockerem Stand kann man die Blätter fortlaufend ernten. Die Blätter werten gemischte Salate mit ihrem mildwürzigen Geschmack besonders auf. Für die fortlaufende Ernte über mehrere Wochen sollte man nicht zu dicht aussäen. Ein Abstand von 3-4 cm in der Reihe und 10-15 cm zwischen den Reihen ist optimal. Gedeiht auch prima in Kasten und Kübel.

  • Brassica juncea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt etwa ab der 3. bis 4. Woche nach Aussaat, dann fortlaufend möglich
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 500 Pflanzen

Die Aussaat erfolgt als Direktsaat breitwürfig oder dünn in Reihen

Während der lichtarmen Zeit ist die Kultur als Salatbeigabe nur an sehr hellen Orten im Haus zu empfehlen
