Als Teltower Rübchen bekannte Spezialität

Petrowski bildet hellgelbe, flachrunde Rübchen, das cremeweiße bis hellgelbe Fruchtfleisch ist zart, fest und angenehm süßlich. Sie können das ganze Jahr über gesät werden, auch im Gewächshaus. Hauptanbauzeit ist der Herbst. Die gut lagerfähigen Rübchen sollten bei Ernte nicht größer als 5 cm sein. In Butter mit Zucker gedünstet und karamellisiert ein Gaumenschmaus.

  • Brassica rapa
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Anfang Juni bis Oktober
  • 1 Portion enthält: 300 Korn

Die Aussaat erfolgt in April/Mai oder in August/September Direktsaat in Reihen, Abstand 20-25 cm, in der Reihe 8 cm dünn oder vereinzeln
