Eine zarte, reinweiße Mairübe

Die reinweißen Mairübchen sind sowohl in Frankreich als auch in England sehr populär. Tokyo Top F1 bildet zarte, glatte Rüben, die idealerweise bei einer Größe von 5-9 cm geerntet werden. Tokyo Top F1 ist sehr schossfest und empfiehlt sich für die Aussaat von Frühjahr bis Spätsommer. Die Blätter können ebenfalls verwendet werden, diese können wie Spinat zubereitet werden.

  • Brassica rapa
  • Die Ernte erfolgt je nach Aussaattermin und Rübchengröße ab etwa 40 Tage nach der Aussaat.
  • Portion reicht für etwa 250 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 2,5 Gramm

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab April bis September als Direktsaat in Reihen, Abstand 25-20 cm, in der Reihe auf ca. 10-15 cm oder später vereinzeln.
