Aromatische, zweifarbige Mairübe

Sehr hübsche, weiße Mairüben mit violetter Färbung auf der Oberseite. Sehr uniforme Rüben, die am Besten in der Größe 5 - 8 cm geerntet werden. Weißes Fleisch mit guter Textur und besonderem Aroma. Mairübchen benötigen für einen hohen Qualitätsstandard ein sehr gutes Wassermanagement. Mairübchen sind sowohl in Frankreich als auch in England sehr populär. Die Blätter können ebenfalls verwendet werden, diese können wie Spinat zubereitet werden.

  • Brassica rapa
  • Die Ernte erfolgt je nach Aussaattermin und Rübchengröße ab etwa 40 Tage nach der Aussaat.
  • Portion reicht für etwa 250 Pflanzen

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab April bis September als Direktsaat in Reihen, Abstand 25-20 cm, in der Reihe auf ca. 10-15 cm oder später vereinzeln.
