Kräftig schmeckendes Wurzelgemüse

Die im Herbst zu erntenden Wurzeln geben Mischgemüse und Suppen den typischen Petersiliengeschmack. Die Wurzeln lassen sich gut einfrieren und so sehr lange frisch verwenden. Das Laub kann wie bei normaler Petersilie frisch verwendet werden.

  • Petroselinum crispum
  • Erntezeit Oktober bis November
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 400 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 1,5 Gramm

 

Direktsaat ins Freiland ab Ende Februar bis April
Saatabstand 25 x 10 cm
Wurzelpetersilie mag keinen frisch gedüngten Boden
