Ausdauernde Würzpflanze für den Küchengarten. Bei Winterhecke werden vor allem die aromatischen Schlotten als vitaminreiche Kost im zeitigen Frühjahr und über den Sommer genommen. Auch die grün-weißlichen Blütenbälle sind essbar. Die Pflanze bildet regelrechte Stöcke, die alle 2 - 3 Jahre geteilt werden. Winterheckezwiebel kann auch einjährig als Bundzwiebel angebaut werden. Keine Zwiebelbildung, nur schwache Verdickung.Höhe ca. 50 cm. Rasch nachwachsend, winterhart.

  • Allium fistulosum
  • Portion reicht für ca.: 400 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 2 Gramm
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab April bis Oktober fortlaufend

Die Aussaat erfolgt als Direktsaat ins Freiland von Ende März bis August als Reihensaat, in der Reihe 5 cm zwischen den Reihen 20-25 cm, notfalls vereinzeln
