Vielseitig verwendbare Zwiebelspezialität

Borettana ist eine etwa 4 cm große und flachrunde Zwiebelspezialität mit mild-süßem Geschmack. Geeignet als ganze Zwiebel zu Grill-Partys, für Spieße oder zum Einlegen. Bestens eignen sich die goldfarbenen Zwiebeln auch zum Flechten von Zwiebelzöpfen.

  • Allium cepa
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Anfang August bis in den September
  • Eine Portion reicht für etwa: 300 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 3,5-4 Gramm

Direktsaat ins Freiland in Reihen von Februar bis April . In der Reihe ca. 6 cm, zwischen den Reihen 25-30 cm
