Kleiner Kürbis in leuchtendem Rot

Leuchtend Rot präsentiert sich diese neue Farbe aus der Miss Sophie-Serie. Sehr hübsche Früchte mit 9-12 cm Durchmesser und einem Gewicht zwischen 400 und 600 g, sehr schön flachrund proportioniert, hübsch gerippt und gekrönt von einem filigranen Stiel. Miss Sophie Red eignet sich als Vorspeise, z.B. im ganzen im Ofen gegart, die Schale ist sehr zart und gart mit. Wegen der schönen, roten Farbe und der Größe auch gut zur Deko geeignet, aber nicht so haltbar wie die Schwester Miss Sophie Coral. Die bei Miss Sophie Pink bekannte Gelbfärbung tritt hier weniger stark auf.
