Longue de Nice bildet grüne, mit der Reife in ocker verfärbende schlanke und lange Früchte. Sie sind entsprechend langgezogene Butternüsse. Das Fruchtfleich ist, abgesehen von der kleinen Samenhöhle massiv und dunkelorange.
