Eine neue zweifarbige Sorte, gelb, dunkelorange gestreift.

Sehr attraktiv gefärbter, flachrunder Kürbis mit leichter Warzung. 15 - 20 cm im Durchmesser, etwa 2 kg schwer. Sehr robust und hartschalig, lange haltbar. Kompakter Wuchs mit gutem Ertrag, etwa 5 - 6 Früchte je Pflanze. Das Fruchtfleisch ist von minderwertiger Qualität, daher nicht gut als Speisekürbis geeignet.

Diese Sorte gedeiht gut auf warmen, durchlässigen Böden, Vorkultur und Pflanzung mit Aussaat ab Ende April oder Direktsaat ab Anfang Mai.

Warty Gnome F1 hat einen hohen Dekorationswert, das Fleisch ist eßbar, aber nicht vergleichbar mit dem von anderen Speisekürbissen und nicht zu empfehlen.
