Einjähriges Gewürzkraut mit hohem Zierwert

Als Gewürz werden ausschließlich die Blätter vor der Blüte verwendet. Diese entweder frisch oder eingefroren. Sie werden klein geschnitten zu frischen Blatt- und Gurkensalaten, als Brotbelag oder zu Soßen. Hübsche Blüte und excellente Bienenweide. Einjährige Pflanze

  • Borago officinalis
  • Erntezeit : Fortlaufend von Ende Mai bis Oktober
  • Portion: reicht für etwa 40 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt etwa 18-20 Gramm

Aussaat : April bis Juli als Direktsaat ins Freiland,
2-3 Korn je Saatstelle im Abstand 25 x 30 cm ablegen

Keimdauer ca. 15 bis 25 Tage bei 10 bis 20 °C
