Nicht lachsfarben, nicht pink

Sehr schöne Sorte mit 10-12 cm Durchmesser und Früchten zwischen 400 und 600 g, sehr schön flachrund proportioniert, hübsch gerippt und gekrönt von einem ornamentalen langen Stiel. Miss Sophie Pink hat sehr schmackhaftes, aber dünnes Fruchtfleisch, eignet sich sehr gut für die Zubereitung in der Mikrowelle. Die Sorte wächst für einen Riesenkürbis sehr filigran und kompakt. Der Ertrag je Pflanze liegt bei etwa 3-5 Früchten. Eine optische Auffälligkeit sind die oft vorkommenden gelben Blätter, dies ist genetisch bedingt und macht bereits die Pflanze zur Attraktion.
