Die Früchte von Flat White Boer van Niekerk sind flachrund, weiß, leicht gerippt und etwa 5-8 kg schwer. Neben der dekorativen Erscheinung sind die Früchte sehr gute Speisekürbisse.

  • Rankverhalten üppig
  • C. maxima sind meist robust und exzellente Speisekürbisse
  • 1 Portion = 10 Korn

Diese Sorte ist recht wärmebedürftig und sollte daher besser vorkultiviert werden. Sorten mit einer Reifezeit bis 110 Tagen gedeihen dann auch in kalten Regionen.
