Tsakoniki ist eine mittelfrühe, hübsch violett und eierschalfarbig gezeichnete Eierfrucht mit feinem, weißen Fruchtfleisch. Die Früchte reifen ab etwa Anfang August und werden 20 cm groß. Die Auberginenart Tsakoniki ist geeignet für das Gewächshaus und für warme, sonnige Lagen im Freiland. Aubergine Tsakoniki wächst auch im großen Container.

  • Solanum melongena
  • Der benötigte Pflanzabstand beträgt etwa 40 x 60 cm
  • Eine Portion reicht für ca. 40 Pflanzen
  • Aubergine Tsakoniki kann ab etwa Anfang August bis Ende September geerntet werden

Aussaat bei 20-25 ° C von Ende Februar bis Mitte April, anschliessend Kultur in Töpfen bis zur Pflanzung ab Anfang Mai
