Zuverläßige, moderne Melonenhybride

Rosario ist eine moderne Melonenhybride aus europäischer Zucht. Die etwa 3-5 kg schweren, runden Früchte werden früh und zahlreich angesetzt. Das purpurrote Fruchtfleisch ist saftig und schmackhaft. Der Ernteerfolg und der Zuckergehalt der Früchte sind abhängig von Wärme und Sonne. Melonen brauchen einen warmen Standort.

  • Citrullus lanatus
  • Reifezeit: ca. 75-80 Tage
  • Melonen ranken mäßig und benötigen etwa 1-2 qm je Pflanze
  • 1 Portion = 10 Korn

Beste Resultate bringen eine Vorkultur mit Aussaat ab Anfang April im Gewächshaus, mit anschließender Pflanzung. Im Freiland freuen sich Melonen über eine Mulchfolie

Die Aussaat erfolgt im Haus ab Anfang April bei 24-28 ° C direkt mit 1-2 Korn in den kleinen Topf, die Töpfe nicht zu feucht halten, oder ab Mitte Mai in warmer Lage ins Freiland

Mögliche Schädlinge: Läuse, Mäuse, echter Mehltau
