Süße, gelbfleischige Wassermelone

Janosik ist eine hoch bewertete, gelbfleischige Züchtung polnischer Herkunft. Die dunkelgrünen Früchte haben mit 4-5 Kg eine gute Größe, das gelbe Fruchtfleisch ist süß und bildet einen hervorragenden Kontrast zu den bekannten pink- oder rotfleischigen Sorten wie Sugar Baby. Vom Temperaturanspruch wie alle Melonen hoch, im Freiland nur in wärmste Lagen pflanzen

  • Citrullus lanatus
  • Reifezeit: ca. 90 Tage
  • Melonen ranken mäßig und benötigen etwa 1-2 qm je Pflanze
  • In einem schönen und warmen Sommer enthält das Fruchtfleisch mehr Zucker als in einem kalten Sommer
  • 1 Portion = 15 Korn

Beste Resultate bringen eine Vorkultur mit Aussaat ab Anfang April im Gewächshaus, mit anschließender Pflanzung. Im Freiland freuen sich Melonen über eine Mulchfolie

Die Aussaat erfolgt im Haus ab Anfang April bei 24-28 ° C direkt mit 1-2 Korn in den kleinen Topf, die Töpfe nicht zu feucht halten, oder ab Mitte Mai in warmer Lage ins Freiland
