Blue Banana ist eine ertragreiche Sorte, deren Früchte etwa 4-8 kg wiegen. Wir sind stolz, Saatgut dieses seltenen Originalstammes zu präsentieren und anbieten zu können.

Ich habe auf meinem kleinen Ackerabteil viele Früchte von Blue Banana geerntet. Die Kürbisse hatten Risse - ich nehme an aufgrund der Hitze dieses Sommers. Trotzdem waren die Kürbisse bis in Frühjahr lagerfähig. Zum Zerteilen ist viel Kraft nötig - die Schale ist wirklich sehr hart.
