Schmackhafte Sorte für Sommer-/Herbsternte

Altbewährte, samenfeste Blumenkohlsorte mit ausgezeichnetem Geschmack. Blumenkohl ist eine Kultur mit etwas Anspruch. Die Pflanzen müssen mit Nährstoffen und Wasser gut versorgt werden. Um die Blüte weiß zu halten muss der Kopf nach Blütenbildung bis zur Ernte bedeckt werden, in der Regel durch Umknicken der Blätter über die Blüte. Folgesätze sind möglich und üblich für eine längere Ernte.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 150 Pflanzen
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Anfang August bis November je nach Saattermin

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab Anfang März mit Vorkultur, etwa 4 Wochen nach Aussaat Pflanzung im Freiland im Abstand 60 x 50 cm, Direktsaat ist gut möglich

Blumenkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
