Violett gefärbte, schmackhafte Köpfe

Blumenkohl mit attraktiven, violetten, dicht gefüllten Köpfen mit einem Gewicht um 1 kg. Die leuchtend violetten Blumen verblassen beim Kochen auf Zartrosa. Eine Sorte mit recht früher Reife, von der Aussaat bis zur Ernte kann man etwa 90 Tage rechnen. Di Sicilia Violetto ist recht kältetolerant, Folgesätze sind möglich und üblich für eine längere Ernte. Nährstoffbedürftig, wie alle Kohlarten.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 150 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 3,7 Gramm
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Mitte Juni bis November je nach Saattermin

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab Anfang März bis Mitte Juli mit Vorkultur, etwa 4 Wochen nach Aussaat Pflanzung im Freiland im Abstand 60 x 50 cm, Direktsaat ist gut möglich

Blumenkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
