Schnell wachsend, lilarot mit feinem Geschmack

Ein Sprossenbrokkoli mit lila gefärbten Blütenköpfen, die zahlreich auf grünen Stängeln gebildet werden. Sowohl die Röschen als auch die blanchierten Stängel sind eine wohlschmeckende Delikatesse. Kann von April bis Ende Juli satzweise ausgesät werden. Die Pflanzen haben ein langes Erntefenster. Die antioxidativen Inhaltsstoffe gelten als sehr gesund. Kohlgewächse benötigen einen sehr nährstoffhaltigen Boden. Zu besseren Verzweigung ist ein einmaliges Stutzen (ausschneiden des Terminaltriebs) empfohlen.

  • Geerntet werden kann ab Juli bie Ende November
  • 1 Portion enthält 30 Korn
  • Aussaat : ab April bis Mitte Juli mit Vorkultur, etwa 4 Wochen nach Aussaat Pflanzung im Freiland im Abstand 50 x 50 cm, Direktsaat ist gut möglich
