Diese auch unter dem Namen Platte Witte Mei bekannte Sorte ist eine raschwachsende, flachrunde, weiße Mairübe, die je nach Kulturumständen auch leicht grüne Schultern bekommen kann. Liebhaber ernten die Rübchen möglichst jung und verwenden sie sowohl roh wie gekocht. Das feine, weiße Fleisch ist würzig und leicht scharf. Sowohl für die Frühjahrsernte als auch die Herbsternte geeignet. Die beste Qualität haben die Rübchen dieser Sorte mit einem Durchmesser von etwa 6-7 cm.

  • Brassica rapa
  • 1 Portion reicht für etwa 800 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 2 Gramm
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Anfang Juni oder im Herbst 6-7 Wochen nach der Saat

Die Aussaat erfolgt in April/Mai oder in Juli/August als Direktsaat in Reihen, Abstand 30-35 cm, in der Reihe 10-15 cm dünn oder vereinzeln
