Pastinaken sind als vitaminreiches Wurzelgemüse wieder beliebt.

Pastinake, halblang ist ein möhrenähnliches Gemüse mit süßlich-würzigem Aroma. Die Wurzeln erreichen eine Länge von bis etwa 20-25 cm

  • Pastinaca sativa
  • Erntezeit: Oktober bis November
  • Aussaattermin: März bis Mai
  • Eine Portion reicht für etwa 200 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 4-5 Gramm
