Bekannte, sehr aromatische Laubpflanze, verwendet vor allem als Suppengewürz und für Soßen. Die Blätter können fortlaufend geerntet werden. Auch gut möglich ist die Trocknung der Blätter. Einjährig.

  • Apium graveolens
  • Die Ernte erfolgt fortlaufend von Juni bis Oktober
  • Aussaattermin: April-Mai als Direktsaat ins Freiland im Abstand 30 x 20 cm. Die Samen liegen gute 20-30 Tage bis zur Keimung.
  • Eine Portion reicht für ca. 200 Pflanzen
