Reinweiße, große Bischofsmütze. Über 5 Jahre züchterisch bearbeitet zeigt sich diese neue Farbe, als Sport in einer Vermehrung gefunden, heute ohne Fehlfarben. Ansonsten in allen Eigenschaften gleich der Muttersorte Bischofsmütze, präsentiert sie sich in einem schönen Weiß. Als Sport bezeichnet man natürliche genetische Abweichungen, meist in der Farbe. Dies kommt in der Natur ab und an vor. White Turban sollte bei Reife geerntet und dunkel gelagert werden um eine Grauverfärbung zu verhindern.
