Beja ist eine Neuheit des Züchters Prof. Berenji

und wird etwas größer als die ungarische Butternut Sonca. Die Früchte wiegen etwa 2-2,5 kg und verfärben sich von dunkelgrün nach leuchtend ocker. Beja trägt reichlich Früchte mit excellentem, carotinhaltigem und intensiv orange farbenem Fruchtfleisch - Eine Neuzucht mit großer Zukunft.

  • Cucurbita moschata
  • Reifezeit: 110 Tage
  • Beja rankt und benötigt etwa 2-3 qm Platz
  • Butternuts zählen zurecht zu den besten Speisekürbissen
  • 1 Portion = 10 Korn

Cucurbita moschata sind recht wärmebedürftig und sollten daher besser vorkultiviert werden. Sorten mit einer Reifezeit bis 110 Tagen gedeihen dann auch in kalten Regionen.

Für Beja empfehlen wir etwa 2-3 qm Platz je Pflanze
