Rote Zwiebel mit feinem Geschmack

Schöne, rote Zwiebel, die vielseitig, ab jung mit Laub bis voll ausgereift, verwendet werden kann. Ausgereift werden die roten Zwiebeln etwa 90 Gramm schwer, haben ein weißes Fruchtfleisch mit roten Ringen. Die Zwiebeln haben eine feine Textur, der Geschmack ist würzig-süß.

  • Allium cepa
  • Die Ernte vollreifer Zwiebeln erfolgt ab Anfang/Mitte August
  • Eine Portion reicht für etwa: 300 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 3,3 Gramm

Direktsaat ins Freiland in Reihen von Februar bis April . In der Reihe ca. 8-10 cm, zwischen den Reihen 20-25 cm
