Dauerblühendes elegantes Element in der Rabatte

Recht schnell wachsendes, sehr elegantes Ziergras, das in Rabatten für aufregende Effekte sorgt. Die Blütenrispen werden fortlaufend gebildet und verfärben sich von Grün nach Rot. Im Herbst färbt sich die gesamte Pflanze Rot. Voll ausgereifte Blütenstände sollten entfernt werden um neuen Platz zu machen. Sehr gut haltbar als Schnitt, sehr produktiv.

  • Panicum virgatum
  • Pflanz-/Saatabstand : ca. 30 x 40 cm, 2-3 Korn je Saatstelle
  • 1 Portion reicht für etwa 40 Pflanzen

Die Pflanzen blühen , je nach Aussaattermin ab Juni bis zum Frost

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab Anfang März mit Vorkultur im Haus bei 18-22 ° C entweder in die Saatkiste oder mit 2-3 Korn in kleine Töpfe. Auspflanzen nach den letzten Frösten. Direktsaat ab Anfang Mai ist möglich, aber nicht empfehlenswert.

Die Pflanzen erreichen eine Höhe von ca. 60 cm
