Roter Pak Choi für Kopfernte und Babyleaf

Pak Choi ist eine beliebte Kohlart in der asiatischen Küche. Red Choi F1 ist eine rotlaubige Sorte, die bestens für die Ernte ganzer Köpfe geeignet ist. Auch beliebt ist die Ernte der jungen Blätter als Babyleaf. Diese kann fortlaufend durchgeführt werden.

  • Brassica rapa
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Juli bis Oktober
  • Der Pflanzabstand beträgt ca. 25-30 x 30 cm
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 150 Pflanzen

Die Aussaat erfolgt von April bis Juni mit Vorkultur bei 16 bis 20 ° C, anschliessend Pflanzung ins Freiland, Direktsaat möglich ab Ende Mai bis Anfang Juli

Die Kultur von Pak Choi ähnelt der von Kohlarten, jedoch verträgt Pak Choi keinerlei Frost, erst nach den letzten Frösten auspflanzen und vor den ersten Herbstfrösten ernten
