Für die Ernte in Babygröße und normaler Größe

Pak Choi ist eine beliebte Kohlart in der asiatischen Küche. Win Choi F1 ist eine zuverlässige Sorte, die sowohl für die Kultur kleiner Baby-Köpfe als auch für die Ernte normal großer Köpfe geeignet ist.

  • Brassica rapa
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Juli bis Oktober
  • Der Pflanzabstand beträgt ca. 25-30 x 30 cm, als Baby 20 x 20 cm
  • Portion enthält 100 Korn

Die Aussaat erfolgt von April bis Juni mit Vorkultur bei 16 bis 20 ° C, anschliessend Pflanzung ins Freiland, Direktsaat möglich ab Ende Mai bis Anfang Juli

Die Kultur von Pak Choi ähnelt der von Kohlarten, jedoch verträgt Pak Choi keinerlei Frost, erst nach den letzten Frösten auspflanzen und vor den ersten Herbstfrösten ernten
