Historische Kapuzinererbse mit blauen Hülsen

Mit historischem Ursprung in Ostfriesland ist diese Sorte eine Spezialität der deftigen, bäuerlichen Küche. Die Pflanzen ähneln in der Kultur den Schalerbsen, blühen aber violett und bestechen mit ihren dunklen Hülsen, die jung als Zuckererbse geerntet werden können. Die Erbsen hingegen sind grün und schmecken frisch angenehm süß und sind trocken lange lagerfähig und hervorragend als Beilage oder in der Suppe zu verwenden.

  • Pisum sativum
  • Erntezeitraum: von Juni bis Juli
  • Die Pflanzenhöhe beträgt etwa 80 cm
  • Eine Portion reicht für etwa: 80 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 200 Gramm

Die Aussaat erfolgt Ende März/Anfang April als Direktsaat Abstand 40-50 cm, in Der Reihe 4-5 cm, Saattiefe 3-4 cm
