Eine außergewöhnlich gefärbte, dicke Bohne mit gutem Geschmack. Am besten werden die Bohnen frisch geerntet gekocht. Sie behalten dann ihre schöne hellrosa Farbe. Getrocknet sind die Bohnen kräftig pink gefärbt.

  • Vicia faba
  • Portion reicht für etwa : 25 Pflanzen
  • Die Ernte erfolgt etwa 100 Tage nach Aufgang ab Juni bis August
