Schnell wachsende Kohlrabi für das ganze Jahr

Blankyt ist eine zuverläßige blaue Kohlrabi, die für das ganze Anbaujahr inklusive Verfrühung und Verspätung geeignet ist. Dabei rechnet man von der Aussaat bis zur Ernte bei guten Bedingungen etwa 80-85 Tage. Blankyt ist somit hervorragend für Folgesätze geeignet. Kohlrabi zählen, wie alle Kohlgewächse zu den Starkzehrern, neben ausreichender Düngung benötigen sie regelmäßige Wassergaben.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab April, in den Sommermonaten etwa 80-85 Tage nach Aussaat
  • Eine Portion reicht für etwa 150 Pflanzen

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab Januar bis Juli mit Vorkultur, anschliessend Pflanzung im Abstand 25 x 25-30 cm

Kohlrabi zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
