Eine Spezialität der Toskana ist bei uns nicht so winterhart wie andere Kohlarten. Die Pflanze bildet eine Rosette langer Blätter, die fortlaufend geerntet werden können. Zubereitet werden sie wie Grünkohl, beim Kochen werden die Blätter dunkler, daher ist diese Spezialität auch unter dem Namen Schwarzkohl bekannt. Junge Blätter werden gerne für gesunde Smoothies verwendet. Kohl ist nährstoffbedürftig, ausreichend düngen.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Eine Portion reicht für etwa 150 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 4 Gramm
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Oktober bis Februar

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab März bis Juni mit Vorkultur, anschliessend Pflanzung im Abstand 50 x 50 cm

Grünkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
