Bunter Mangold, sowohl Blatt als Spinat, als auch die Stiele wie Kohlrabi zubereitet, sind in der Küche begehrt. Celebration ist eine uniform wachsende Mischung aus den Farben Rot, Gelb und Orange.

  • Beta vulgaris
  • Die Ernte erfolgt von Juni bis November
  • Portion reicht für etwa : 100 Pflanzen
  • Aussaat ab März bis August ins Freiland, 2-3 Korn im Abstand 30 x 40 cm ablegen.

Vorkultur im Haus und Pflanzung sind ebenfalls möglich. Mangold benötigt eine gute Nährstoffversorgung.
