Berühmte gelbe Bete

Wer sagt, dass Bete immer rot sein muß ? Burpees Golden ist eine interessante Abwechslung im Garten und auf dem Teller. Burpees Golden unterscheidet sich im Anbau nicht von den anderen Bete-Sorten. Eine Züchtung aus den Hochzeiten des amerikanischen Züchters, der mit vielen hervorragenden Züchtungen einst weltweit führend war.

  • Beta vulgaris
  • Die Ernte erfolgt als Bete etwa 60 bis 70 Tage nach der Saat
  • 1 Portion reicht für etwa 80 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 17 Gramm

Die Aussaat erfolgt von April bis Juli ins Freiland, dünn in Reihen säen, für Rüben im Abstand 25-40 cm und in der Reihe etwa 10 cm oder vereinzeln, als Pflücksalat 15-20 cm und in der Reihe fortlaufend im Abstand 10 cm, nach der Keimung auf einen Sämling vereinzeln
